Step by Step How to Programming Instructions:

1. Deactivate alarm if equipped.

2. Open drivers door, get in vehicle and close door. (all other doors closed)

3. Within 15 seconds, turn ignition to ON position and back to LOCK position 10 times. Leave key in ignition. A tone will sound once to indicate you have entered programming mode.

4. Within in 45 seconds:

A. Open and close drivers door.

B. Press LOCK or UNLOCK button on remote you want to program.

A tone sounds twice to indicate remote was programmed.

5. To program additional remotes repeat steps 4A and 4B for each remote

A tone will sound after each remote is programmed.

6. When the last remote has been programmed remove key from ignition.

A tone will sound three times to indicate exit of programming mode.

7. Test remote(s).

This is to program the remote portion of your Honda Ridge line remote yourself with these simple instructions.

YOU NEED A WORKING/PROGRAMMED KEY THAT WILL START YOUR CAR FOR THIS PROCEDURE.

 MAKE SURE ALL DOORS ARE CLOSED

1. Turn ignition to ON

2. Within 1 to 4 seconds, push the transmitter lock or unlock button (with the transmitter pointed at the instrument panel)

3. Within 1 to 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to OFF

4. Within 1 to 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to ON

5. Within 1 to 4 seconds, push the transmitter lock or unlock button (with the transmitter pointed at the instrument panel)

6. Within 1 to 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to OFF

7. Within 1 to 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to ON

8. Within 1 to 4 seconds, push the transmitter lock or unlock button (with the transmitter pointed at the instrument panel)

9. Within 1 to 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to OFF

10. Within 1 to 4 seconds, turn ignition switch to ON

11. Within 1 to 4 seconds, push the transmitter lock or unlock button (with the transmitter pointed at the instrument panel)

12. Confirm that you hear the sound of the door lock and unlock actuators. Within 1 to 4 seconds, push the transmitter lock or unlock button again

13. Within 15 seconds, aim the transmitters (up to 3) whose codes you want to store at the instrument panel and press lock or unlock button. Confirm that you hear the sound of the door lock and unlock actuators after each transmitter code is stored. NOTE: you must do all this for all the transmitters.14. Turn the ignition to OFF and remove the key 15. Confirm operation of the new code on each transmitter
